On 14 Feb. 2007 A1Z inaugurated its integrated OBT (Out Bound Training) campsite only two hours from Mumbai. Adventure 1 Zone is an Adventure resort located at Vangani (Maharashtra, India) (see map-insert hyperlink to Google map) the site is 85 km from CST station & 50km from Thane.
Built on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped property amidst a pristine and peaceful country side, A1Z houses 40 foot high ropes courses, an artificial 70 ft rappelling and climbing wall, obstacle courses, shooting range, off road track, waterfall, horse riding, different hiking routes.
An ideal location for a day picnic and for overnight hikes, for Corporates, Colleges, Schools, for families and individuals, for groups and for trainers looking for an outbound site close to Mumbai.
The nearby attractions are Matheran hill station (35mins ride) or you can hike in the hills of Chanderi Peb Fort, Peth Gadh, visit the Kondana caves and waterfall (50 mins. ride).
